The Haverhill YMCA is seeking energetic and caring team members to join our After School Program serving elementary school in Georgetown (Penn Brook)

🕖 Program Hours

After School: Monday–Friday | Approximately 2:30 PM – 6:00 PM

Whether you're looking for morning hours, afternoon hours, or both, this is a great opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of children while maintaining a flexible schedule.

What You'll Do

As part of our team, you will:

✅ Create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive

✅ Lead and support fun, age-appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development

✅ Build positive relationships with children, families, school staff, and fellow YMCA team members

✅ Serve as a positive role model while encouraging teamwork, confidence, and inclusion

✅ Help children start and end their school day feeling supported, encouraged, and connected

What We're Looking For

- A passion for working with children

- Positive energy and strong communication skills

- Reliability and a commitment to creating a safe and inclusive environment

- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

- Experience working with children is preferred but not required
