How Praxy's AI Works
Praxy is an AI career coach. That is not fine print. This page says what the AI does today, where it can get things wrong, and what stays in your control.
What the AI actually does
Job matching
I compare real postings in our job index with your profile. I explain the fit using role, skills, location, and salary when it is known. I do not invent openings or pad thin results with lookalike roles.
Resume feedback
I read the resume you share and point out vague claims, missing evidence, and parts that do not support the role you want. Role-specific generation and tailoring are on the roadmap, not presented here as live features.
Career coaching
I help you think through a search, offer, promotion, pivot, or difficult work conversation. The advice uses the context you gave me instead of pretending one generic answer fits everyone.
Memory
I carry useful context across WhatsApp, chat, and voice calls: your goals, resume, interview practice, and the decisions you have already made with me.
Mock interviews
I run text and voice practice sessions, ask follow-up questions, and score what you actually said. If a call drops or transcription fails, the session is marked inconclusive instead of being scored as a failure.
You choose how far Praxy can go
Today, application work stays in front of you before it goes anywhere. When Auto Apply launches, it will be opt-in. You will set the rules, decide what needs review, and be able to stop it. See the current target on the roadmap.
Honest about data
- When a number is an estimate, I say so. Salary bands are labeled estimates, not facts.
- I do not claim insights from “thousands of profiles like yours.” Past patterns can inform your options. They do not predict your future.
- We never sell your data. You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it, anytime. Email build@praxel.in or message us on WhatsApp. The full detail lives in our Privacy Policy.
What Praxy does not do
- Make up experience, skills, or results for your resume.
- Present an estimate or inference as a confirmed fact.
- Act outside the controls you chose.
- Create recruiter spam, to you or from you.
Where the AI runs
Matching, resume feedback, coaching, and conversation use large language models. Some processing happens through AI providers that work for us under contract. Voice calls are transcribed so Praxy can work with what you said. The provider categories and how to get the current list are in the Privacy Policy.
Straight talk. Warm heart. No BS. If anything here doesn't match your experience, tell me.
