Group Ex Instructors - Sussex YMCA Family Location

Reporting directly to the Physical Director, Group Ex Instructors will instruct group classes in a safe, enjoyable, and positive environment that promotes member wellness with experience leading a variety of group exercise classes, which may include strength and conditioning, cardio, cycling, functional fitness, flexibility, mobility, mind-body, and other group fitness formats. Special Need for a (Tai Chi Instructor) In addition to our general Group Exercise Instructor openings, we are specifically seeking one instructor with experience teaching Tai Chi. The ideal Tai Chi instructor will be able to provide safe, welcoming, and engaging classes that focus on controlled movement, balance, flexibility, coordination, relaxation, and overall well-being.
