Treatment Adherence Nurse

This is an outpatient clinical Nursing position that is responsible for overseeing training of all clinical staff in the Partnership for Health and medication adherence interventions, supporting integration into clinical sessions, monitoring fidelity, tracking service delivery and managing intervention data, coordinating booster trainings, and reporting data.
