Salesforce Consultant

Job Description :

- Salesforce Functional Consultant Overall 10 to 13 years of experience with extensive exposure on End-to-End Salesforce CRM applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Good experience in SFDC - Sales cloud, Service cloud & community cloud.

- Contribute to growth of salesforce practice in France.

- Identify risks that threaten deliveries in the region and recommend workarounds.

- Get creative designing, prototyping, and building Salesforce systems, Running workshops, working closely with the client, able to talk about trade-offs.

- Work with Solution Architect to ensure functional solution works within Salesforce.com.

- Establish, grow and maintain relationship with salesforce Account executives and partner managers in the region.

- Identifying needs, understanding customer pain points, developing, and influencing solutions based on analysis of customer business goals and objectives.

- Working with the delivery team to develop detailed solution design schedule and resource plan for implementation.

- Participating actively in the end-to-end delivery operations cycle to validate and document the implementation of the solution as per original architecture and design intent.

- Participate in defining implementation plan, scope finalization, user story development and grooming. Ensure that the Salesforce coding & best Practices were followed when developing & testing the solutions, as well as define the code versioning and deployment processes.

- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.

Good to have skills/certifications.

- Salesforce Sales Cloud certified.

- Salesforce Service cloud certification

- Good Knowledge of JIRA tool
