Compassionate Care Provider - Bay City

12-Hour Shifts (Shift options: 7am-7pm & 7pm-7am)

Woodhaven at Bay City is seeking compassionate and dependable Part-Time & Full-Time Caregivers to join our team! We are a faith-based, nonprofit senior living community providing Independent Living and Assisted Living services.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist residents with daily personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, ambulation, and hygiene.

- Support residents' nutritional needs, including meal preparation, serving, feeding, and hydration.

- Administer and document medications according to physician orders and facility policy.

- Observe and report changes in residents' condition, behavior, and incidents.

- Encourage and participate in resident activities that promote engagement and well-being.

- Perform housekeeping duties, including resident room cleaning, laundry, and dining room duties.

- Maintain a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for residents, families, and staff.

- Collaborate with members of the care team and participate in care conference meetings.

- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA, training, attendance, and other facility requirements.
