Operations Manager, CCA

Support regional commercial operations by ensuring efficient sales processes, high-quality CRM data, and smooth coordination across Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Georgia, and Azerbaijan. Partner with Sales, Finance, and Leadership to keep operations accurate, organized, and scalable.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Own CRM hygiene, pipeline tracking, and reporting

- Maintain contacts, accounts, and opportunity data

- Coordinate operations across KZ, UZ, GE, and AZ

- Support pre-sales activities, proposals, and internal approvals

- Manage expenses, invoices, and operational documentation

- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and cross-functional actions

- Improve operational processes and reporting

WHO YOU ARE

- 3+ years in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or similar.

- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, etc.).

- Strong organization, attention to detail, and ownership.

- Experience supporting commercial teams and managing multiple priorities.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.

NICE TO HAVE

- Experience supporting multi-country operations.

- Knowledge of expense or procurement processes.

- Experience with workflow automation or AI tools.

- Background in technology or consulting companies.
