About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support and drive a high-impact enterprise transformation programme across multiple geographies and business functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong project governance, PMO, and stakeholder management expertise, with the ability to effectively coordinate cross-functional teams and senior leadership stakeholders in a dynamic and evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage project activities within large-scale transformation programmes. - Drive project governance, planning, tracking, reporting, and execution oversight. - Engage and collaborate with business, technology, operations, and leadership stakeholders across global locations. - Facilitate governance meetings, workshops, steering committee reviews, and stakeholder discussions. - Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and action items through effective RAID management. - Own and maintain project documentation, version control, and knowledge repositories. - Develop and manage playbooks, templates, lessons learned documentation, best practices, and governance artefacts. - Ensure timely follow-up and closure of project actions and deliverables. - Support PMO leadership in driving programme objectives and continuous improvement initiatives. - Leverage technology, automation, and Gen AI tools to improve project delivery efficiency.

Mandatory Skills:

- 8-12 years of Project Management / PMO experience. - Strong stakeholder management and executive engagement experience (Mandatory). - Proven ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders across functions, geographies, and multiple time zones. - Experience in project governance, reporting, risk management, issue tracking, and dependency management. - Hands-on experience with:

- Veeva (Documentation Management) - SharePoint - Experience managing:

- Document Configuration Management - Playbooks - Templates - Lessons Learned - RAID Logs - Best Practice Repositories - Familiarity with Generative AI tools. - Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and evolving project environments.

- Pharma / Life Sciences industry experience. - Experience with process automation and workflow optimization. Jira
