Weekend Install Specialist

Job Purpose:

- Windows USA seeks a Weekend Install Specialist owning the customer experience from crew arrival to job close. Not a desk job — you'll actively manage installs in real time, talk to customers all day, solve field problems before they become complaints, and turn homeowners into referrals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure installers are punctual and prepared for their tasks.

- Make pre-arrival calls to customers to set expectations and ensure readiness.

- Monitor installation jobs closely and address any issues promptly.

- Confirm 100% completion of jobs, ensuring cleanliness, payment, and signed documentation.

- Follow up with customers for satisfaction and potential referrals.

- Log all activities and interactions in Salesforce on the same day.

- Provide a comprehensive end-of-day summary to ensure smooth handoff and continuity.
