Senior Accountant, Property - Promotes

The Senior Property Accountant is responsible for the accounting and financial reporting for one or more key functional areas, which may include fixed assets, construction and development, property operating expenses (prepaid or accrued), and/or expense recoveries. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate financial records in accordance with U.S. GAAP, SOX requirements, and company policies, while also contributing to process improvements, cross-functional collaboration, and team support.
