Forklift Operator – Cold Storage

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hr (based on experience) PLUS $2/hr freezer incentive Shift: 7am / Monday-Friday Location: Orlando, FL The Role This position works primarily in a freezer environment operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment to support order fulfillment and inventory movement. Ideal candidates are comfortable working in cold temperatures and have strong equipment operating experience. • Operate sit-down, stand-up, or reach forklifts in freezer storage environments • Load, unload, move, and stack pallets safely and efficiently • Support picking, staging, and replenishment of customer orders • Receive, stock, and rotate inventory using FIFO practices • Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues • Maintain organized storage areas and accurate inventory counts • Follow all safety procedures and company SOPs • Work closely with warehouse and office teams to meet daily shipping goals
