Qualifications

- Valid RN License - Skilled in using EMR and EHR systems - Experience in patient evaluation and care - Capability to perform intake duties in an assessment capacity - Facilitate nurse-to-nurse and clinical referrals - Manage medication consents and patient property - Collaborate with all healthcare providers and referring hospitals - Ability to work a rotating weekend schedule
