Sr. Analyst, Commercial Finance

Vertiv, a global leader in critical infrastructure solutions, is seeking a Senior Analyst, Americas Commercial Finance for our Columbus, OH headquarters. This role serves as the commercial finance lead throughout the quote lifecycle, driving commercial outcomes, managing approval processes, and partnering closely with Sales and Pricing to ensure sound financial decisions, risk mitigation, and margin protection. The Senior Analyst will work directly with customers and sales teams to structure capacity agreements, negotiate commercial terms, and develop cash flow models that support deal strategy and safeguard Vertiv's financial position. The role also owns the quote approval framework, collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders, and drives continuous improvement in commercial deal structuring and approval processes.
