Senior Engineer Firmware

Lead the design and development of electrical and electronic systems for HVAC machines, including screw chillers and thermal products. Prepare, review, and approve electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, control panel layouts, interlock logic, and BOMs. Select and integrate electrical and electronic components such as VFDs, controllers, PLCs, HMIs, sensors, protection devices, and safety components. Lead and support PLC and HMI programming activities, including control logic review, I/O allocation, tag mapping, alarm handling, and parameter optimization. Drive BMS integration (BACnet / Modbus or equivalent), including points list definition, signal mapping, validation, and coordination with site/BMS teams.
