Program Management Specialist LATAM

The program manager is responsible for ensuring that customer orders are produced and shipped on time, coordinating with factories, logistics, finance, quality, and project management. They allocate equipment correctly to each site, update the installed base with the correct location, serial number, and instance, and support the correction of quality issues in newly manufactured equipment. The role leads the resolution of program-wide issues, involving internal and external stakeholders, and ensures that all change orders are entered in CPQ and booked in Oracle. The program manager also performs regular data integrity checks on customer information, works with logistics when deliveries are delayed, and oversees FCN implementation on projects within their assigned accounts.
