Ops-Planning Engineer(Local)-Jiangmen

- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other related disciplines.

- 1–3 years of working experience in Production / Material Planning; experience in power battery / energy storage lithium battery or precision manufacturing industry is preferred.

- Familiar with MRP logic, proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel. Able to independently conduct capacity load calculation and data analysis.

- Strong English communication skills, capable of written and verbal communication with global cross-functional teams.

- Good cross-department collaboration capability. Able to identify delivery risks, with clear logical thinking and strong stress tolerance, capable of handling scenarios with fluctuating multiple orders.
