Senior HCM Consultant

This position serves as a senior-level HRIS and records management professional responsible for the administration, governance, and continuous improvement of HR data, records systems, and related HR technology processes. The role provides consultative guidance to departmental leaders and HR stakeholders on records management strategy, data governance, system optimization, and compliance. Operating with a high degree of independence, the position ensures adherence to institutional, legal, and regulatory standards while leading efforts to streamline and automate processes, enhance data integrity, and deliver reporting and insights that support effective decision-making in a complex higher education environment.
