Assistant Director of Enrollment Management Analytics

The Assistant Director, Enrollment Management Analytics is part of the Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM) unit in the Owen Graduate School of Management (OGSM) at Vanderbilt University and is a key individual contributor responsible for promoting data-informed decision-making across the SEM unit and assisting in the operational functions of the applicant evaluation and selection process. This position will implement strategies to enhance the data literacy of colleagues within Enrollment and play a key role in advancing the OGSM's enrollment objectives by leveraging data analytics to inform decisions and enhance the overall effectiveness of the admissions process. Additionally, the Assistant Director will support key aspects of the evaluation and selection process, ensuring integrity, fairness, consistency, and effectiveness while aligning the selection strategies with the university's enrollment objectives.
