Onsite Talent Acquisition Supervisor

The onsite Talent Acquisition Supervisor is responsible for supervising the day-to-day activities of the Talent Acquisition team and ensuring qualified candidates are hired to support high-volume call center staffing needs. This position provides hands-on leadership to recruiters, monitors recruiting activity and results, and ensures a consistent recruiting process from job posting through onboarding.
