Onsite Computer Technician

This position will require onsite presence at our facility in Irving, TX. The End User Computing Specialist is responsible for providing advanced technical support for end users, including onsite, remote, senior management, and executive users. This role troubleshoots and configures computer hardware, software, peripherals, telecommunications tools, mobile devices, printers, and related IT equipment while ensuring adherence to company standards, security requirements, service-level expectations, and asset management procedures.
