Oracle Identity & Access Management (IAM) Consultant

We are looking for a hands-on Oracle Identity Governance (OIG/OIM) Consultant to implement, configure, customize, integrate, and support IAM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and support Oracle OIG/OIM solutions. - Manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, and identity lifecycle/JML. - Configure RBAC, roles, entitlements, and approval workflows. - Integrate OIG with Active Directory, LDAP, HRMS, databases, and enterprise applications. - Develop/customize connectors, adapters, workflows, forms, and rules. - Troubleshoot provisioning, integration, and access-related issues. - Prepare technical documentation and work with business/security teams.

Requirements

Requirements:

- Hands-on experience with Oracle OIG/OIM. - Strong IAM/IGA, provisioning, RBAC, and access-governance knowledge. - Experience with AD/LDAP/HRMS integrations. - Knowledge of Java, SQL, XML, REST/SOAP, WebLogic, and Oracle DB is an advantage. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
