Loan Servicing Specialist II (Hybrid)

The Loan Servicing Specialist II is responsible for supporting the servicing, maintenance, and administration of the Bank's loan portfolio to ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant operations throughout the loan lifecycle. This role performs a variety of loan servicing activities, supports internal partners and customers, resolves routine to moderately complex servicing issues, and helps maintain the integrity of loan records and related documentation. The incumbent applies working knowledge of loan servicing processes, procedures, and systems to support operational effectiveness while delivering a high level of service and compliance.
