Medical Practice Representative III - OB/GYN

Responsible for managing all requests for Family and Medical Leave, Short-Term Disability, and other medical certification documentation for all OB/GYN ambulatory sites. Provide front desk coverage as needed and function as front desk float across ambulatory sites to support operation and patient care needed.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Three to five years medical office experience Current knowledge of payer requirements for referrals and pre-authorization Experience in front and back office operations Knowledge of billing and coding for medical services Strong customer service skills PC proficiency
