Jr. Electrician for Real Estate - Tathawade location

Job Summary

We are looking for a Jr. Electrician to support electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities at our residential real estate project. The candidate will work under the supervision of senior electrical engineers/electricians and ensure electrical work is carried out safely and as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in electrical installation and maintenance work at the residential project.

Carry out wiring, cabling, conduit installation, and electrical connections.

Assist in installation of switches, sockets, DBs, lights, fans, and other electrical equipment.

Perform basic troubleshooting and rectification of electrical faults.

Assist in testing electrical systems and ensuring proper functioning.

Read and understand basic electrical drawings and layouts.

-

Coordinate with site engineers and other MEP teams for electrical works.

Ensure proper use and maintenance of electrical tools and equipment.

-

Follow electrical safety procedures and PPE requirements at the site.

-

Maintain proper housekeeping at the work area.

-

Report electrical issues, faults, and material requirements to the senior electrician/engineer.
