Associate HR Operations Specialist | Rajkot

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities from joining to exit.

Maintain and update employee records and HR documentations

Coordinate employee attendance, leave, and other HR-related processes.

Assist with payroll inputs, employee data, and monthly HR reports.

Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, benefits, and other HR processes.

Support the execution and communication of HR policies and processes.

Prepare and maintain HR trackers and reports with accuracy.

Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of employee-related matters.

Ensure HR documentation and processes are maintained in line with company policies and applicable statutory requirements.

Support employee engagement activities and other HR initiatives as required.

Required Skills:

Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.

Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Good attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Good working knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.

Proactive approach with a willingness to learn and take ownership.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in HR Operations preferably in an ITService industry.

Candidates with relevant HR certification courses and a strong understanding of basic HR processes may also be considered.

Qualification:

Bachelors in HR or a related field.

MBA/PGDM will be an added advantage.

Technical & Creative Skills

- Hands-on experience with Canva and basic knowledge of Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) - Familiarity with other creative or digital tools is a plus - Basic content creation and visual storytelling skills
