Graduate Trainee - Technical

Roles and Responsibilities : Manage collateral management processes for housing finance projects. Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with project requirements. Provide support to the team on civil engineering aspects of project execution. Assist in preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders on project status updates. Job Requirements : 0-1 year of experience in real estate or related field (housing finance, construction). Strong understanding of collateral management principles and practices. Familiarity with civil engineering concepts and building codes. Basic knowledge of financing options for residential properties.
