VP - Transformation

POSITION SUMMARY Reporting to the SVP of Corporate Strategy, Business Development and Capability Building, the Vice President of Transformation will work closely with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to translate RealTruck’s strategy into clear priorities, aligned plans, and measurable results. The role will lead the change management PMO team, including two direct reports, and coordinate dotted-line resources across the business. It will also support regular interactions with the Board of Directors as the company reports progress, risks, key decisions, and value delivery. This is not a reporting-only PMO role.
