Lead Structure Engineer

- Lead overall offshore structural design, including topside steel structure, module support, deck structure and structural system optimization. - Complete structural calculation, load analysis, global/local strength check and structural design verification in accordance with API, ABS, DNV and client specifications. - Produce and review structural engineering deliverables, such as structural drawings, design basis, calculation reports and technical datasheets. - Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, clients and third-party authorities to resolve technical issues and ensure design consistency. - Review vendor and subcontractor structural documents, provide technical validation and engineering guidance. - Manage discipline workload, control design quality and progress, and mentor junior structural engineers. - Provide technical support for construction, fabrication and commissioning stages as required.

- Bachelor degree or above in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering / Ocean Engineering. - 8+ years offshore oil & gas structural engineering experience, familiar with FPSO and offshore topside project design. - Familiar with international offshore standards, structural analysis software and EPC project workflow.
