Commissioning Lead Engineer

- Lead the entire commissioning process for DP2/DP3 vessel systems, including DP power system, propulsion, thruster, electrical and auxiliary marine systems. - Develop, review and execute commissioning plans, test procedures, checklists and acceptance documents. - Manage on-site commissioning team, coordinate with shipyard, client, and third-party class surveyors for testing and approval. - Troubleshoot technical issues, resolve commissioning defects, ensure schedule progress and quality compliance. - Support final inspection, sea trial and project completion handover.

- Bachelor degree in Marine Engineering, Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines. - Solid hands-on experience in DP2 / DP3 vessel commissioning (MPSV, DSV, Offshore Support Vessel). - Familiar with DP system principle, marine commissioning standards, and class inspection requirements. - Strong on-site leadership, team management and cross-party coordination ability. - Fluent in technical English; able to communicate directly with international clients and surveyors.
