Purchaser

Sourcing and purchasing construction materials, equipment, and supplies as per project requirements. Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotes, negotiate prices, and place orders in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery schedules. Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed to support ongoing projects. Monitor market pricing of materials, source new materials, and negotiate pricing Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure timely delivery of materials to job sites. Resolve any discrepancies or issues with orders, deliveries, or invoices in a prompt and professional manner. Follow company policies and procedures related to procurement and purchasing processes. Assist in evaluating supplier performance and identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. Provide administrative support to the procurement team as needed, including data entry, filing, and maintaining documentation.
