What You'll Be Doing

- Opening and closing the restaurant to a high standard - Leading and supporting team members including juniors - Training and developing staff to achieve outstanding results - Monitoring store performance and meeting KPIs - Handling customer complaints and resolving concerns professionally - Food preparation including deep fryer and grill operation - Cash handling and register operation - Keeping the restaurant clean and maintaining food safety standards

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in a Team Leader or Shift Leader role in fast food or hospitality - A natural leader who can motivate and support a team - Great communication skills and a customer-first attitude - Reliable, organised and able to perform under pressure - Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and school holidays - Attention to detail and a strong commitment to food safety and hygiene

Mandatory Requirements

• I'm Alert Food Safety Certificate (free online, must be completed before starting)

• Valid working rights in Australia (passport and visa grant letter for international workers)

• RSA Certificate to be obtained within 30 days of commencing employment (Restaurant dependant)
