Loss Prevention (Security) Officer - The Warehouse, Warkworth (Part-time)

Hours of work are:

- Sunday & Monday: 12:00pm - 8:15pm - Tuesday: 5:15pm - 8:15pm

We're seeking a vigilant and proactive Loss Prevention Officer to join our team. Your main focus will be preventing theft and ensuring the safety of our staff and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor security cameras - Maintain a visible presence on the shop-floor - Interact with customers and address their concerns - Upload events onto our crime reporting platform.

He kōrero mōu ake - About you

Experience in a customer-facing role, such as retail or hospitality, would be beneficial but is not required. Ideally, you will have good communication skills and a positive attitude, along with a willingness to learn. You should be comfortable standing for extended periods.

Additionally, experience in conflict resolution and de-escalation, along with the ability to stay calm under pressure, would be beneficial.
