Your first months at TELUS Digital

In this part-time remote role working 20 hours per week, you will take on the One Time Face Deduplication Collection Project to collect a diverse dataset of neutral selfies, head-pose captures, and historical facial images. Your work directly supports machine-learning research and facial recognition model training at TELUS by capturing real-world variation across lighting, poses, expressions, accessories, environments, and aging to improve model accuracy and robustness.

Role requirements

- Experience or readiness to capture and process structured facial image datasets - Attention to detail in documenting real-world variations such as lighting, poses, and expressions - Reliable remote setup for data collection and processing tasks
