Production Manager - Printing

Strong leadership experience with troubleshooting complex issues utilizing industry standard tools such as PDCA, DMAIC, or similar systems. Ability to communicate and collaborate with a diverse team on complex problems working through to an agreed upon solution either as a team member or team leader. Experience in flexographic, dry offset, or pad printing of paper or corrugate. Managing or supervising high speed manufacturing utilizing conveyors, stackers, baggers, counters, date coding, etc.
