About the role
The role
We are looking for a hands-on Lead AI Engineer to own the technical direction and delivery of reusable agentic-AI capabilities across multiple InvestCloud product areas. You will design, build, deploy, and operate production LLM applications while setting practical standards for architecture, evaluation, reliability, security, and cost. This is a senior IC role: you will lead through technical decisions, design reviews, mentoring, and influence rather than formal people management.
