Director, Program & Client Management

This is a senior, dual-mandate leadership role designed for an exceptional individual who can operate at the intersection of enterprise program delivery and strategic client management. The Director, Program & Client Management takes primary accountability for the end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-year enterprise software implementations — while also serving as a senior client-facing leader accountable for the health and growth of key strategic relationships.
