SAP Functional SD/MM Consultant [M/F]

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure, test, and deploy SAP solutions within SD/MM modules. - Analyze incidents and change requests, perform root cause analysis, and propose sustainable resolutions. - Manage L2/L3 support tickets ensuring compliance with SLAs and quality standards. - Participate in mini-projects and enhancements: requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live support. - Prepare technical and functional documentation for implemented changes. - Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams (FI, PP, QM) for integrated issue resolution. - Provide end-user training and ensure clear communication on solution impacts.

🎯 Your Profile

- Degree in IT - Minimum 5 years of experience, through which you have gained solid knowledge of SAP support in SD, MM modules - Demonstrates autonomy and initiative, with a strong service orientation and genuine methodological rigor - Enjoy teamwork and is flexible - Able to share knowledge, with a constant desire to build both your own skills and those of your colleagues - Fluent in French and English
