Lead Maintenance HVAC

The Grove Apartments in Danville, IL is now hiring for an experienced Lead Maintenance HVAC.

Duties:

- Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner - Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair - Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements - Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas - Provide residents with outstanding customer service

Requirements

- Previous apartment maintenance experience required - Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred - Strong knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, general electrical. - HVAC (EPA) Certification required - Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented - Must have reliable transportation - This is a Monday to Friday schedule with rotating emergency weekends.

Requirements: Experienced Maintenance Lead for 100% HUD community in Danville IL. 150 units on 10 acres. HVAC license a plus but not required. Working knowledge of window ac unit repair; electrical repairs; boiler repairs; make readies; inventory control; strong communication skills; highly organized; great time management skills.
