As the Human Resources Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in building a strong workplace culture and supporting the success of this new operation. Partnering closely with leaders and employees, you’ll provide guidance across employee relations, talent acquisition and retention, onboarding, leave and accommodation processes, benefits communication, compliance, and strategic HR initiatives.
