Parts Sales Rep - St. Charles

Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service to service department personnel, walk-in customers, and phone customers.

- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts and accessories.

- Recommend additional related products and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.

- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

- Communicate order status, availability, pick-up schedules, and delivery information in a timely manner.

- Locate and obtain parts and merchandise, including in-stock, out-of-stock, and special-order items.

- Assist with receiving shipments and verifying incoming inventory.

- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and inventory audits.

- Investigate and report inventory discrepancies to management for resolution.

- Support the organization and cleanliness of the parts warehouse, showroom, and customer areas.

- Assist in creating and maintaining attractive merchandise displays and a professional showroom appearance.

- Follow dealership policies and safety procedures.

- Routinely lift and move parts and materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
