Operations Officer – Payments and Transfers

We are looking for a new team member to join our Operations team to support the processing of payments and stock transfers.

Your Responsibilities :

- Complete cash and securities transfer processes accurately - Manage account closures - Monitor client margin positions - Investigate client cash reconciliations - Handle chargebacks - Identify and propose process improvements - Assist with regulatory reporting

Your Profile:

- 3-5 years experience in financial services back-office operations - Experience with transaction systems such as FED WIRE, SWIFT, and SEPA - Familiarity with bank’s regulatory requirements including anti-money laundering obligations, privacy and data protection - Previous experience of payments, card networks or securities transfers is an advantage.

Your Skills:

- Able to work in an English speaking environment. Any other language is an advantage, - Strong accuracy and attention to detail, - Critical analytical approach to problem solving, - Organisational and planning skills, - Flexible approach to work routines and schedules, - Strong written and verbal communication, - Strong team working skills.
