Manufacturing Line Lead

Pay: $20.00–$21.00 per hour Shifts Available:

- 1st Shift: 5:45 AM–2:00 PM | $20.00/hour - 2nd Shift: 3:45 PM–12:00 AM | $21.00/hour

Job Summary

We are hiring experienced Manufacturing Line Leads to oversee daily production line activities, support machine operators, and help ensure production goals are met. The ideal candidate has previous manufacturing or production line leadership experience and can maintain quality, safety, and productivity standards.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily production line activities and assign tasks as needed. - Monitor production output to ensure schedules and quality standards are met. - Provide guidance and support to machine operators and production employees. - Inspect products and processes for quality and consistency. - Identify production issues and communicate concerns to management. - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. - Follow all company procedures and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

- Previous manufacturing or production line lead experience required. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Ability to identify production issues and help resolve problems. - Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. - Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
