Position Overview

Shore ends has significant admin tasks pushed by operations and other exigencies, including but not limited to: Developing/updating job aids, work instruction updates, developing planning guides, updating the BOM sheets with constantly changing product/supplier/price information, Lean Daily Management Metric capture and Dashboard development, desktop survey and historical report of all shore ends quality issues and statistical analysis (% client rejection from planning, % client rejection from faulty client info, % client rejection from failure to follow process, etc). These tasks will help us address client quality concerns and improve service delivery quality and speed. This intern can help us chip away at some of these relatively easier tasks which require access to SubCom’s internal computer systems.
