SPAR Eastgate, Little Island, Co. Cork is looking for an enthusiastic Full-Time Zambrero Manager to join our team! You’ll be responsible for leading our crew, managing daily operations, and making sure every customer enjoys an unforgettable experience.

Your role will include:

- Leading and motivating the team to deliver great service - Ensuring food is prepared and served to the highest standard - Managing daily operations and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently - Ordering and managing stock from suppliers - Maintaining high standards of food safety, health & safety, and security - Supporting and training the team to succeed

- Previous fresh food/deli/fast-food/restaurant supervisory or management experience - Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP is required - Customer driven with great communication and interpersonal skills - Hard-working and flexible, with the ability to work both as part of a team and on own initiative - Professional & polite manner is essential - Committed to delivering great customer experiences in a busy environment
