SPAR Oranmore is currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Deli Assistants to join our team. We have both full-time and part-time opportunities available. The successful candidates will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality hot and cold food products while ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation.

Main Duties

- Prepare customer orders across all fresh food areas, including sandwiches, rolls, wraps, salads, and hot food - Cook, prepare, and display food products throughout the day - Ensure deli counters and displays are fully stocked and maintained to a high standard - Deliver excellent customer service and assist customers with product queries and recommendations - Follow all food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures - Maintain a clean and organised work environment - Work as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of the deli department - Support the delivery of a positive shopping experience for customers
