F&B Supervisor (Banquet) - Soho House Istanbul

We are looking for an experienced and motivated " F&B Supervisor (Banquet)" to join our team.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position within a reputable hotel.

•

A degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management is a plus.

•

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

•

Positive attitude with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

•

Excellent personal grooming and professional appearance.

•

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

•

Excellent organisational and time management skills.

•

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

•

Supervise daily banquet operations to ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction.

•

Motivate team members and promote a positive, collaborative team environment.

•

Coordinate and support new team members during their trial and onboarding periods.

•

Attend scheduled training sessions and ensure team participation.

•

Encourage team members to maximise sales opportunities and revenue.

•

Prepare weekly staff schedules and coordinate monthly training sessions.

•

Ensure compliance with service standards and operational procedures.
