Technical Product Manager - Operations Project Delivery

The Technical Product Manager - Operations Project Delivery owns the technology roadmap for CoVolt's Project Delivery and field operations capabilities from the technical side. You translate business needs into product requirements, prioritize the backlog, and drive delivery of tools, integrations, reporting, and AI-enabled capabilities across the full construction lifecycle — from project setup and field execution through closeout.

The role is intentionally product-led, not order-taking. You partner closely with Project Delivery, field operations, and the enterprise functions that support them. This role owns the product roadmap, platform capability, integration, data readiness, and the delivery and adoption support that enable them. This role is Houston based on a hybrid schedule.
