Preconstruction Manager - Pursuit

The Preconstruction Pursuit Manager leads all pre-award activities for assigned solar EPC pursuits, guiding and executing strategy, coordination, risk posture, and proposal execution from RFP receipt through project award. This role is accountable for developing a competitive, compliant, and executable bid that aligns with CoVolt Power's risk profile and business objectives.

The Preconstruction Pursuit Manager works closely with Business Development, Engineering, Estimating, Operations, Preconstruction and Executive Leadership to drive win strategy, manage risk, and deliver high-quality proposals on schedule.

This is a remotely based role with up to 10% travel required.
