Every nurse on the Adolescent Male Crisis Stabilization Unit is provided the tools they need to be successful. New graduates can find education and support through our nurse residency program which helps guide you through your first year as a nurse. All applicants will be offered a share day to ensure that this program is a good fit for you and allow you an opportunity to see the incredible work performed every day. We care for and support patients living with psychosis, trauma, and mood disorders who come to us to learn new ways to cope through life’s challenges and stressful situations.
