Performance Marketing Specialist

Role:

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with 3+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize Meta & Google Ads campaigns. - Develop full-funnel strategies and scale campaigns profitably. - Optimize CAC, ROAS, CTR & CVR. - Manage tracking through GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel & CAPI. - Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights. - Manage client communication and multiple accounts. - Coordinate with creative, technology, and internal teams.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of Performance Marketing experience, preferably in e-commerce/D2C. - Strong hands-on expertise in Meta & Google Ads. - Strong analytical and strategic thinking. - Excellent communication and client-management skills. - Ability to independently manage multiple accounts.
